Toscana§

Toscana, or Tuscany in English is located in the north west part of Italy, but on the coast of the Mediteranean. It’s bordered by the Alpines mountains, protecting it from cold air from the north and holding warm moist air from the sea, making for a climate that stays relatively warm year-round and ideal for growing grapes for wine and other agricultural products.

Livorno is a small fishing and port city located on the western coast of Italy. It’s not the prettiest of cities, but it has some good restaurants and welcoming people.

Pisa is a small city on coast, that doesn’t have much of interest to tourists except for the cathedral with its famous leaning tower. That small complex is so lovely, it makes it worth visiting.
