Since I was born and lived much of my life in New Orleans, as well as have many relative and friends there, I have taken many photos when visiting. There are several albums containing photos from different parts of New Orleans.
Metairie§

This small town is located west of New Orleans, between Lake Pontchartrain and the Mississippi River. It’s actually, not even a town: it’s not incorporated. But it’s where I lived for many years and where my mother and other relatives still live.
Kenner§

Kenner is a city in Louisiana, a suburb of New Orleans. The main airport for New Orleans is located there.
Covington§

Covington is a small city in St. Tammany Parish, in Louisiana. It’s located north of Lake Pontchartrain.
Laura Plantation (Vacherie)§

The Oak Alley plantation is a very popular, classic American plantation that has been preserved since it’s time during when Louisiana was a French colony. However, a more interesting plantation is the Laura Plantation. It’s a true French Creole plantation.
