Fennel Seed Scones§

I must be getting comfortable in my new apartment — either that or I’m just getting fat — because I keep baking. It could be a sign of depression, but I also like to eat when I’m feeling good, too. Regardless of the motivation, tonight I baked fennel scones. They’re made with fennel seeds and walnuts. They’re sweet and soothing to eat. I haven’t made them in over a year. I also haven’t made banana bread in a long time. I need to do that soon. I also need to get back to exercising if I’m going to keep baking.
